I had my first private session with Steph. You can tell she really knows & understands movement with her programming. I’ve done Pilates for a couple of years & it is always nice to work with an instructor who can still take you through a work out & cue you appropriately to make sure you are feeling what you should be feeling. I really enjoyed my time with her & would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to try something challenging and fun.

Steph is the best! I started going to Steph after I had my daughter and although I weight train/do cardio 4-5 days a week, her personal training has helped build back my core strength in ways that my other workouts couldn’t. She allows it to be fun, but also keeps you on track during the flow, so you are smiling through the (good) pain. I love mornings that start at her studio.

I’ve never done Pilates before, and honestly, I had no idea what to expect. As someone who usually lifts weights 4-5 times a week, I wasn’t sure how Pilates would compare—but let me tell you, it’s a whole different kind of challenge! It’s like stretching, strengthening, and working out all rolled into one. From the moment I started, Stephanie was incredible. She guided me through every movement, making sure I understood what I was doing and why. She pushed me just enough to feel the burn but kept the entire experience enjoyable and motivating. I was surprised at how much control and focus Pilates requires—it’s not just about brute strength but about precision and connecting with your body in a new way.
